Your Divorce Journey, With a Guide by your Side

“Where were you when I was going through my divorce?”

I hear that a lot.

Divorce is messy, emotional, and different for everyone. No two stories are the same—but one thing I often hear is: “I wish I had someone to help me through it.”

That’s where I come in.

Divorce Can Feel Like a Storm

Everything feels uncertain. You’re angry, sad, scared—and that’s okay.

And if you’re also navigating perimenopause or menopause, the emotional and physical toll can feel overwhelming. Hormonal shifts can intensify anxiety, brain fog, sleep issues, and mood swings—just when you need clarity and strength the most.

Divorce coaching can help you:

  • sort through decisions without rushing or spiraling
  • talk through what you’re feeling without being judged
  • prepare for conversations that feel heavy or intimidating
  • make choices you can live with — not just get through

This isn’t about telling you what to do.
It’s about helping you think clearly when everything feels loud.

Communication & Co-Parenting

We'll take it one step at a time. Communication Is Key

Divorce doesn’t end relationships—it reshapes them.

Whether it’s with your ex, your kids, or your friends, I'll help you build new ways to connect and communicate.

Especially if you're co-parenting, we'll work on creating a healthy, respectful dynamic.

Divorce is tough—but you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself.

And if you’re also dealing with the changes of midlife, you deserve extra support.

Let’s talk.

What are some common divorce myths?

Let’s clear up some common misconceptions that can make divorce even harder than it needs to be:

1. Divorce means failure.

Divorce is not a failure—it’s a decision to move forward in a healthier direction. It takes courage to choose growth over staying stuck, especially for those experiencing divorce after 40.

2. You have to go to court.

Many divorces are resolved through mediation or collaborative processes. Court isn’t always necessary, and seeking divorce coaching can help you navigate these options effectively.

3. You should ‘win’ the divorce.

Divorce isn’t a battle to be won. It’s a transition to be managed with care, particularly when children are involved. Prioritizing divorce support can make this process smoother for everyone.

4. You’ll never be happy again.

Healing takes time, but many people discover greater happiness, freedom, and self-awareness after divorce. Life after divorce can lead to new opportunities and fulfillment.

5. It’s too late to start over.

Whether you’re 40, 50, or beyond, it’s never too late to create a fulfilling new chapter. Embracing midlife divorce can open doors to a vibrant future.
